薪火計畫 — 阿嬤記憶公仔GaiaCraft Spark — Memory Doll

深坑炮仔崙的90歲阿嬤是整座山的活記憶庫。我們用AI記錄她的聲音，3D列印她的樣貌，製成會說話的記憶公仔——擔任景點導覽與無人商店引導，讓記憶在薪盡前留存。A 90-year-old grandma in Shenkeng holds the living memory of an entire hill. We captured her voice with AI and 3D-printed her likeness into a talking memory doll — for tourist guidance and unmanned store interaction, before the memory fades.

USR數位孿生地圖USR Digital Twin Maps

永安、深坑兩個USR場域製作像素地圖，遊客可在虛擬空間走動探索在地文史，實現數位孿生的地方創生。Pixel maps of Yong'an and Shenkeng USR sites let visitors explore local history in virtual space — digital twin community revitalization.

從「最快到達」到「更涼地抵達」A cooler journey, alongside a faster option

炎熱天氣下，步行路線的選擇也需要考慮沿途熱環境。CoolPath 將路線與地表溫度資訊放在一起，讓使用者比較時間、距離與溫度，再選擇適合自己的走法。In hot weather, walking decisions also depend on the heat along the way. CoolPath brings routes and land surface temperature information together so people can compare travel time, distance, and temperature before choosing their route.

路線比較與導航Route comparison and navigation

• 兩條路，一起比較：並列最快路線與涼爽路線，呈現步行時間、距離及沿線平均地表溫度。Two routes, side by side: compare the fastest and cooler options by walking time, distance, and mean land surface temperature.
• 看見沿途熱環境：在地圖上疊加溫度資訊與路線，讓不同走法的差異更直觀。See the heat along the way: temperature overlays and route lines make the options easier to understand.
• 接續 Google Maps 導航：完成路線比較後，可進入 Google Maps 導航。Continue in Google Maps: move from comparing options to navigation.

商業模式｜讓企業 ESG 預算支持城市涼點Business model · Corporate ESG funding for cooling stops

規劃由企業認養涼點、提供資源與獎勵，串聯免費加入的合作店家，讓民眾沿途找到冷氣、飲水與休息空間，並透過點數與獎勵帶動參與。The proposed model connects corporate sponsorship and rewards with shops that join for free. People can discover places to cool down, drink water, and rest, with points and rewards encouraging participation.

• 企業：以 ESG / CSR 預算認養涼點，支持資源與獎勵，取得使用人次、使用量等影響力資料。Companies: fund cooling stops and rewards through ESG / CSR budgets, with usage and participation data to track impact.
• 店家：提供冷氣、飲水或休息空間，換取人流、品牌互動與潛在消費機會。Local shops: offer cooling, water, or rest space in exchange for foot traffic, engagement, and potential purchases.
• 民眾：尋找涼爽路線與沿途涼點，累積點數並兌換企業提供的獎勵。People: find cooler routes and cooling stops, earn points, and redeem sponsor-funded rewards.

商業設計以企業贊助為核心，合作店家免費加入；後續也規劃延伸政府合作，支持城市熱傷害防治。Corporate sponsorship is the core of the model, with free participation for shops. Future plans also include government partnerships for urban heat-injury prevention.
